Important Setup Information
Sereno Groves is pleased to introduce a convenient way for homeowners to manage gate access directly from their mobile devices.
This new system, the MyQ App, provides enhanced security and ease of use with the following features:
- View live video of visitors at the gate before granting access
- Open the gate remotely for guests, deliveries, or personal entry with the touch of a button
- Issue guest passes in advance, eliminating the need to be available at the time of arrival
The Association will provide four (4) MyQ App accounts per home.
We encourage all homeowners to take advantage of this new technology designed to improve both security and convenience within our community.
