Sereno Grove Residents,

Please be advised that the front gate will remain open on a 24-hour basis until further notified. Over the past week, several residents have contacted Christopher Dorrill, our Property Manager to let him know that the gate access sticker on their car was no longer working. A RAMCO Protective technician was dispatched to the Sereno Grove and identified the problem as a burned-out module in the circuit board located on the property. That module was replaced. To further complicate the issue, the surge also damaged the Comcast modem impacting the gate’s internet connectivity. Unfortunately, without internet service, the gate is unable to communicate with the software system controlling the gate. Comcast has also been notified.
